ABOUT IL RECYCLING

IL Recycling is a recycling company offering broad skills and know-how about everything from sorting at source to collection, transport and recycling.

The IL Recycling Group has over 600 employees. Our operation covers the entire country with factories, offices, and haulage operations on 22 different locations in Sweden. We also have operations in Poland.

We offer comprehensive solutions in recycling and waste management, services for destruction of sensitive information, and fiber supply to paper mills. IL Recycling also has a substantial international trading business with both European and overseas markets. Our systems and know-how span the entire recycling process, from collection and transportation of waste products to sorting, processing, and delivery of recycled raw materials. We have quality systems and environmental management systems that are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, respectively.

We supply half of the recovered paper required by the Swedish paper industry, but we also handle a range of other recycled products such as plastics, wood, glass and metal.

Not only does the environment benefit significantly, our solutions also offer financial profitability. Instead of throwing away things that can be used again, we bring them back into circulation and turn them into a resource, which can reduce waste disposal costs. All the waste streams we handle are monitored and recorded. This means that our customers receive a very detailed account of what we picked up, when we picked it up, how much we picked up and precisely how we dealt with the material. These reports can be used for marketing, as staff information, or for reporting to authorities.
